Terms of cancelation
Due to our low reception capacity, cancellations can significantly affect the establishment, so we are forced to adhere to a strict sales policy.
28 days or more before arrival: Free cancellation.
Between 27 days and 15 days before arrival: 20% of the total stay amount.
Between 14 days and the day of arrival or no-show: 50% of the total stay amount.
Charges for each additional person may be charged and depend on the policy of the establishment.
Official ID is required upon arrival.
Special requests are subject to availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges.
Customers must contact Face au Lavoir in advance to reserve a cot.
Please contact the property in advance using the contact details on the booking confirmation if you plan to arrive after 22:00.
The fact for the customer to materialize a reservation by the payment of a deposit or the entire stay, by bank card, by check or by transfer, implies unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
